Remove the factory door pocket.
Install a 3D-printed, precision-fit 6.5" speaker pod designed for your side-by-side model.
Drill a small, clean access hole behind the speaker pod so wiring can pass through the door and into the cab without interference.
Route and secure speaker wiring through the door cavity into the cab for a tidy, vibration-free install.
install Kickers 51kpx300.4 amplifier (or your own) to properly drive the new 6.5" speakers — essential for full-range performance and clarity

Small drill to make 1 inch hole for routing hole behind the pod
Basic hand tools for door pocket removal door panel disassembly and reassembly
Designed for Kicker 45KM654 or 45KM654L (requires additional wire for the lights)
Will also work with Rockford M1 6”, Infinity 622MLT, and Memphis MM603, possibly others that have similar cutout and mounting depth (may need to make your own mounting holes for others though.
